A Password is your code to Internet Banking. You can reset a forgotten Password via Internet Banking. You will need to have an active Visa card linked to your account.
Step 1: Access the Login page by selecting the Internet Banking button.
Step 2: Select ‘Forgot your Password’ under the Login button.
Step 3: Enter your member number, date of birth and Visa card number in the respective fields and select ‘Next’.
Step 4: Enter your One Time Password received either via Token or via SMS sent to your mobile phone. Select ‘Next’.
Step 5: Enter your new Password and confirm your Password in the respective fields. Note: you must meet all Password conditions mentioned.
Step 6: Select ‘Save’. You will now be logged in to Internet Banking.
You can also change your Password in Internet Banking under 'My Settings' and 'Change Password'.
