    Fraud alert: email scams

    We would like to advise members that we are aware of suspicious emails circulating claiming to be from different payment providers, such as BPAY.

    Members should be aware that some emails may be from fraudulent scammers. We encourage members to be vigilant in checking email addresses and avoiding suspect email attachments in particular.

    If you believe you have been sent a suspected scam email we recommend you:

    • Do not open any attachments
    • Delete the email from your inbox
