How do I check my balance?

There are a number of ways to check your account balance.

Internet Banking

Step 1: Click on the button to log in to Internet Banking.

Step 2: Log in to see a list of your accounts and the current balance.

Step 3: Select an account to see your most recent transactions.

Mobile App

Step 1: Log in to the app. You will see a list of your accounts and their balance. 

SMS Banking

Registering

To get started, simply register via Internet Banking or by contacting us

SMS Banking allows you to use your mobile phone to check the balance of the account you nominated when you registered for SMS Banking.

How to view your balance

Simply text the word ‘BAL’ to 0417 13 12 21 at any time and we'll send you the balance of the account you nominated when you registered for SMS Banking. 

To see the balance of any other accounts, text the relevant Account Code to 0417 13 12 21. Make sure you include a space after the letters BAL:
