These Terms and Conditions – #TMB5to9 constitute your agreement with the promoter in relation to your participation as an entrant in the promotion.

Eligibility to enter:	To be eligible an entrant must be a teacher currently working in the Australian education system, teaching children or teenagers in any year from Kindergarten to Year 12. The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition: Directors of the Bank; Members of the Bank’s Members Committee; staff of the Bank; members of the family (spouse, defacto, parent, grandparent, child, stepchild, grandchild, brother or sister) of any of the above persons; and persons under 18 years of age.
Promotion Period:	Starts: 9am AEST, Monday 20^th May 2024 Ends: 5pm AEST, Wednesday 31^st July 2024.
How to enter:	Make a maximum of 90 second video showcasing your ‘me time’ story, celebrating your after school activities. Send to us via direct message to Teachers Mutual Bank on Instagram and/or Facebook. Multiple entries are allowed.
Judging details:	After the promotion period ends and on or before 16^th August 2024, ten valid entries will be selected by a panel of industry experts and Teachers Mutual Bank employees. The selection will be based on standout creativity and originality; engagement and entertainment value; authenticity and personality; and compelling storytelling and narrative. The selection made by the judging panel is final. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Winner notification	Winners will be announced on our social media channels and contacted directly via Direct Message by Friday 16^th August 2024. The winners will be published on the Teachers Mutual Bank website.
Prize details	The prize consists of ten $2000 cash prizes. The prize is not transferable. The total value of the prizes is $20,000. Each winner will receive $2000 into a Teachers Mutual Bank Limited Everyday Direct account.
Prize Claim:	The prize winners must claim the prize within 5 days of being notified via Direct Message on Facebook and/or Instagram by replying to the promoter’s Direct Message.
Unclaimed prizes:	Winners must claim their prize by 5pm AEST Wednesday 21^st August 2024. If any prize is not claimed by this time, the judging panel will select new winners for the unclaimed prizes by Friday 23^rd August 2024, using the same criteria as applied for the original selection of winners. The winner details will be published on our social media channels and contacted directly via Direct Message by Friday 23rd August 2024.
Winner’s consent for promotion	Entrants consent to the Bank using their name and videos in the event they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion, and promoting any products and services by the Bank. Disputes	Any dispute regarding the conduct of the competition or the claiming of a prize will resolved by the promoter’s decision.
Indemnity and disclaimer:	To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases and indemnifies the promoter and its agents and employees from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury, damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability:	To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible or liable: • if for any reason beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, any element of any prize is not provided. The promoter, in its absolute discretion, may then substitute a different prize of equivalent value in place of any prize referred to in these terms and conditions; • if, for any reason, the competition is suspended, varied or terminated at any time, with or without prior warning or publicity; • for late, lost or misdirected entries; or • for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed.
