1. The Bank arranges Foreign Cash as agent for the issuer Travelex Limited ABN 3600 4179 953 AFSL 222444 (“Travelex”). The purchase of Foreign Cash attracts a fee of 1% or $10 (whichever is greater). The repurchase of Foreign Cash attracts a $10 fee. The Bank also has a revenue sharing arrangement with Travelex. The Bank receives 20% of the net profit made by Travelex in selling Foreign Cash via the Bank. Exchange rates are set by Travelex. Orders placed by you for Foreign Cash cannot be cancelled. If you do place a cancellation request, we may, at our absolute discretion, purchase some or all of the Foreign Cash from on behalf of Travelex. Please note that the repurchase of Foreign Cash may, because of fees and charges and possible movements in exchange rates, result in a loss to you. Travelex is required to collect your personal information under Anti Money-Laundering legislation.
