    Getting started with Internet Banking

    When you become a member, you’re automatically registered for Internet Banking, so you can start banking online straight away. 

    We’ll send your personal Password to your mobile phone via SMS or mail it to your home address if we don’t have your mobile number. To get started, navigate to Internet Banking on our website and log in with your member number and Password.

    If you have forgotten or misplaced your Password, you can reset it via Internet Banking. You will need to have an active Visa card linked to your account. Find out how to reset your Password. Alternatively, speak to us via web chat (9am and 5pm, weekdays).

    Still can’t log on?

    If you became a member before 23 September 2013, you may need to register for Internet Banking. Visit a branch or call us on 13 12 21 (8:00am–7:00pm weekdays or 9:00am–3:00pm Saturday).
